Breather is a screen time app. You pick apps you open too often, and Breather shows a short pause screen before each of them. You can always continue past the pause. It is a reminder, not a lock.
By installing or using Breather you agree to these terms.
Breather is not a security product, a parental control, or a device management tool. It does not prevent anyone from using an app. Anyone with access to your phone can switch pausing off, revoke a permission, or uninstall Breather.
Breather is not a medical or therapeutic product, and it does not treat or diagnose anything.
Breather relies on Android system features to notice that an app has opened. Those features behave differently across manufacturers and Android versions.
Some phones, in particular those from manufacturers with aggressive battery management, may stop background apps without warning. If that happens, Breather stops pausing until it is opened again. We work to reduce this, but we cannot promise that a pause screen will appear every single time on every device.
Breather is provided as it is, without a warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
The free version pauses one app, with no time limit and no ads.

Prices are shown in your own currency inside the app before you buy.
All payments are processed by Google Play, not by us. We never receive your payment details.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. You can cancel at any time in the Google Play app, under Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not shorten the period you have already paid for.
Refunds are handled by Google Play under Google's refund policy. If you live in the EU or UK, your statutory consumer rights apply in addition to this and are not affected by these terms.
Use Breather lawfully, and do not attempt to resell it, ship a modified copy, or work around its paid features.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of Breather, including anything you missed because an app was paused, or because a pause failed to appear.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using Breather at any time by uninstalling it. We may stop distributing or supporting Breather, in which case purchases already made remain usable on devices where the app is installed, to the extent Google Play allows.
Updated terms will appear at this address with a new date. Continuing to use Breather after a change means you accept it.
